This museum is located in the former dairy cooperative of Lozzo di Cadore and preserves the historical heritage of the local dairy industry. The exhibition includes numerous images, films, and reproductions of archival documents, as well as a collection of cheese-making tools that were preserved after the dairy closed in 1984. Particularly noteworthy are the two large copper kettles in which the milk was heated with a steam system – an innovation for a small dairy.
